Taiwan is a major exporter and producer of machinery machine tools in the world. There are at least hundreds components for various machining machines. According to concept Taguchi loss function, when process quality spare parts machines not good, failure rate will increase after product sold, resulting an maintenance costs carbon emissions. As environment Internet Things (IoT) becomes more common mature, it beneficial manufacturers collect relevant information about data from outsourcers, suppliers, factories. Effective analysis application can help industry move towards smart manufacturing management, which greatly reduce average number failures per unit time all sold Therefore, this paper developed practical evaluation improvement decision-making model operation performance find out that often fail improve them, so as total caused by failures. This first defined index discussed characteristics index. Subsequently, confidence interval was deduced, fuzzy based on proposed, rules regarding whether make any established.
